Plot
Claire Beauchamp Randall, a nurse during the Second World War, mysteriously returns to Scotland in 1743. There she meets a brave mountain warrior and gets involved in an epic uprising. Moore (the developer of the series), his team decided to preserve the Gaelic words instead of translating them into English. It kept the first-person narrative, showing Claire’s inability to understand Gaelic.

I discovered this series late, and I managed to devour it up to season 7A in a month. The first two seasons seem like a completely different series, they keep me on edge and hungry for one more episode. But my God, the beginning of the third season was boring. I know a lot of people don’t like Richard, but damn I love him as Roger, he just brings realism to my character.
A really unsuitable actress for this role
